Mr. Taylor is a successful entrepreneur in the legal cannabis space with several years’ experience in business development within the consumer packaged goods industry. Ms. Helgason spent 12 years in marketing and business development for TSX and TSX Venture Exchanges and has worked with a number of publicly-traded companies implementing effective communications and IR strategies aimed at increasing visibility, liquidity and profile.

Ms. Vanderhorst has over a decade of experience in brand development, creative direction, marketing and leveraging the power of social media. She's secured product placements on some of the biggest network TV shows and international publications and has experience in both PR and Celebrity endorsements.

Ms. McGrath is the Founder of iO Corporate Services Ltd., and over the last 18 years has served as Corporate Secretary for a number of publicly-listed companies in both the US and Canada. Ms. McGrath oversees all corporate filings for 1933 Industries and liaises with securities regulators.

Victoria Pekarsky

Finance Manager, Canada

Ms. Pekarsky serves as the Finance Manager for 1933 Industries, overseeing the Company’s financial day-to-day operations. She is a Certified General Accountant with 20 years’ experience in accounting, administration, management, and analysis for a variety of organizations. Ms. Pekarsky is fluent in Russian and Spanish.

Caleb M. Zobrist, Esq

USA Vice President and General Counsel

Mr. Zobrist has been a licensed Nevada attorney since 2009. Mr. Zobrist has handled numerous transactions, including mergers and acquisitions for private and public companies. He has represented marijuana companies in Nevada since the state's launch of its legal medical marijuana program in 2014.

Stanleigh "Teddy" Sullivan

USA VP of Business Development

Mr. Sullivan has been an owner and operator in the THC and CBD business for five years and joined Infused MFG. in the role of VP of Business Development, focusing on evaluating potential business mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, strategic investments, contract negotiations and business operations.

Ester Vigil

USA VP of Sales

Ms. Vigil spent more than 17 years in the cosmetics industry before switching her focus to medical cannabis. As VP of sales, Ms. Vigil is responsible for all sales initiatives, including negotiating client accounts, securing product placement in retail outlets, managing sales staff and marketing products across all sales channels.

Elissa Wyrick

USA VP of Marketing

As Co-Founder of Infused MFG., Ms. Wyrick’s 25 years’ experience in design and deep knowledge of online marketing has been utilized to implement integrated marketing experiences and digital marketing strategies with real results. She creates and implements the branding of the Company’s product lines, and oversees all strategic marketing campaigns for both Alternative Medicine Association and Infused MFG.

Natalie Rider

USA VP of Finance

Ms. Rider is the Vice President of Finance for 1933 Management Services. She is an accounting executive with over 25 years of experience in a number of fields, gaining a wealth of applicable expertise including budgeting, operations, system design, database management, and financial management.

LJ Robinson

USA VP of Operations

Mr. Robinson oversees all aspects of the Company’s operations in the US and brings over 10 years of experience in the cannabis sector as a grower. Prior to entering the cannabis industry, Mr. Robinson spent 10 years in computer programming.

Tim Spencer

USA Master Grower

Mr. Spencer is a seasoned agriculture specialist with more than 20 years of professional experience, working with some of the largest names in the agricultural industry and specifically in the legal cannabis sector in California and Colorado. Mr. Spencer worked as Director of Cultivation for one of Colorado’s largest cannabis companies, overseeing a large indoor and outdoor production totalling four cultivation sites. Mr. Spencer is responsible for managing all aspects of AMA’s operation, from production planning to cultivation and harvesting, in order to maximize sales, output and profitability.

Andrew Richards

Spire Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Richards is a seasoned leader in both police services and international private security for high-risk regulated industries, founding Spire to provide compliance, risk mitigation and security program design for the legal cannabis sector. After a diverse thirty-four year career in three separate police agencies, Andy retired in June 2015 as a Deputy Chief Constable in the Greater Vancouver area. As a Deputy Chief and member of the BC Association of Chiefs of Police, Mr. Richards was involved in the dialogue with Health Canada regarding marijuana regulations. He remains an associate member of the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police.

Jeff Meyers

Spire Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Meyers brings 24 years of Canadian law enforcement experience specializing in covert operations, organized crime, and cross border regulation, enforcement, and interdiction. Mr. Meyers has a strong strategic and tactical understanding of organized crime involvement in the marijuana black market based on numerous major drug interdiction operations. He has worked closely with international partner agencies from the United States as well as from other countries including the Australian Federal Police, Scotland Yard and Mexico’s Attorney General’s Office.

Gavin Dew

Spire President

Mr. Dew is an experienced public affairs and business development professional who has stewarded multi-billion dollar projects through complex strategic, regulatory, and political challenges in multiple industries. He has advised a wide range of clients on public affairs, corporate strategy, and communications. Mr. Dew has an MBA from the University of Oxford, where he wrote his thesis on how to gain social and political acceptance for companies, industries, and policies.

Tim Humberstone

Spire Chief Strategy Officer

Mr. Humberstone is a security and compliance expert possessing strong relationships with federal, provincial, and municipal law enforcement agencies. During his 20-year career with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Mr. Humberstone worked with municipal and federal drug enforcement, the Organized Crime Agency, and Combined Forces Special Enforcement Units. He has worked closely with Health Canada and the Office of Medical Cannabis creating security-related policies and procedures, applications, international import/export permitting, and reporting relating to establishing regulated cannabis operations.

Kevin Mead

Spire Chief Administration Office & Director International Programs

Throughout his 23-year career as an Officer in the Canadian Army, Mr. Mead has served across the country and internationally in numerous command, training and senior staff positions at the tactical, operational and strategic levels. He transitioned from the Regular Force in 2014 as the Commanding Officer of a Canadian Forces Detachment and has since served as an Industrial Relations Officer for the BC Ministry of Labour responsible for legislative compliance and enforcement and most recently as VP Operations in a private manufacturing firm in the security and defence industry.
