VANCOUVER, B.C., CANADA (August 7, 2020) – 1933 Industries Inc. (the “Company” or “1933 Industries”) (CSE: TGIF) (OTCQX: TGIFF), a vertically-integrated cannabis consumer packaged goods company, announces the grant of 9,200,000 incentive stock options to its directors, officers, consultants and/or employees pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan. The options are exercisable for a period of five years at a price of $0.075 per share and will be subject to certain vesting restrictions.
The Company also announces that recently, approx. 6,600,000 options expired unexercised in accordance with the terms of its stock option plan.
